Responding to Turbulent and Trying Times (part one)
We live in rapidly changing times. As a forty-one year old man, I have never seen such unrest and upheaval in our country and the world. What we see on television, hear on talk radio, and read in the many and various forms of media both invoke strong feelings and influence our thinking. With inflation rising and the amount of our paychecks either shrinking or remaining stagnant, our level of anxiety, worry, stress and fear grows.
